Fractional Operations

What you need: Someone who has “been there, done that” to build, scale, or optimize your Revenue Operations function. Maybe you’re just starting out, are under-resourced, or have a gap in your GTM ops skillset.

How I can help: We’ll work together to determine your priorities, and I’ll become a part-time team member, helping with strategy, sales tools, processes, and documentation.

How it works: After an initial call to see if my skills match what you need, we’ll agree on how many hours I’ll spend working with you each week.

Engagement type: Pre-determined number of hours per week.

Project Based

What you need: You have identified an issue in revenue ops that needs attention. Maybe a system integration isn’t working, your reporting in Salesforce doesn’t look right, or you need to model sales capacity and build comp plans for next year.

How I can help: I can jump in as a hands-on resource and an extension of your team.

How it works: After a discovery scoping call, I’ll submit a proposal, we’ll align on timing and deliverables, and I’ll get to work!

1:1 Engagement

What you need: You need an ops expert to weigh in on your tech stack or a new tool purchase. You need to hire your first ops person and help writing the JD and interviewing. You’re building a revenue ops product and need some feedback.

How I can help: I can offer my expertise on a wide variety of ops topics and tasks.

How it works: We’ll hop on a call for 15 minutes to make sure I’m the right person to help you out. If I am, we’ll schedule an hour and get started. If I’m not the right person for the job, I can refer you to others who could potentially help.

Engagement type: Per-hour pricing.
